Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!! We will ship anywhere in the world!!


Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

We will try our best not to, but your order can be fulfilled in multiple shipments if it is fairly large.


How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 12 to 26 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are very confident that there will be no customs fees applied. However, If any such costs are required, it is the buyer's responsibility to settle the balance.


How secure is your site?

We process payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are rigorously verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.


Can I amend my order?

We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any changes will be made, but we will try our very best! It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the check out is completed with the correct items and shipping info.
 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! We offer a 'No Questions Asked' 30 Day refund policy with all of our orders. Read our Refund Policy page for more information. If you are not happy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on to our website, so we may find the best resolution for any issues with your product.


What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the Contact Us page on our website.
